NEVER PUT YOUR CAP IN THE WASH! These caps are made of wool and therefore, they will shrink when put in the washing machine.
To clean the headband, just take a cloth, put a little bit of water on it together with some cleaning agent. Gently rub the sweatband of the cap with the cloth. Once you are happy that the cleaning agent has done its job, rinse out the cloth with water, and wipe away any excess soap from the cap. Then leave the cap to dry.
If your cap has some dust or fluff on it, just take some masking tape, wrap it around your fingers, and dab the cap with it. The tape will pick up any fluff or hair. A simple but effective tip! - Have you got any tips on how to keep my New Danny McParkland Trucker looking sharp?
Danny McParkland Caps - We recommend only hand washing in cold water. Do not scrub the hat abrasively, and do not use detergents as these can lighten the colours. Wet hats should be reshaped whilst damp and hung up to dry separately in a warm dry place.
